Welcome to Nurture & Align, your sanctuary for holistic wellness. I’m passionate about helping you discover inner peace, balance, and healing through the gentle yet powerful modalities of Reiki, Energy Healing, and Distance Reiki.
My journey into holistic wellness began after a period of personal trauma. This experience ignited a deep desire within me to understand the body’s innate capacity for healing and the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. It led me to explore various healing modalities, ultimately culminating in my dedication to Reiki and Energy Healing. I believe that true well-being encompasses all aspects of ourselves, and I’m dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing space for you to explore and enhance your own innate healing abilities.
I am a certified Reiki Master and Teacher, trained in Usui® Reiki, holding certifications in Levels I, II, and Master. I have extensive experience in providing Reiki healing and incorporating sound baths into my practice to deepen the relaxation and healing process. My areas of expertise within Reiki/Energy Healing, My approach is intuitive and personalized, tailoring each session to your unique needs and intentions. Whether you’re seeking stress reduction, pain relief, emotional healing, or simply a deeper connection to yourself, I’m here to support you on your path to wellness.
