Your journey begins with a brief, compassionate consultation, allowing us to connect and understand your intentions for the session. We’ll then arrange a time for me to bring the calming energy of Reiki directly to your doorstep.

Within your own peaceful environment, you’ll settle comfortably, fully clothed, while I create a serene atmosphere to gently release the stresses of daily life.

Distance Reiki Session – £55 (45 Minutes, Including Feedback)

“Embrace the gentle flow of healing energy, transcending physical boundaries, with a nurturing Distance Reiki session from Nurture & Align. wherever you are in the world.

Prior to your session, I’ll provide you with simple guidance on how to create a peaceful space for your experience. We’ll then connect for a brief, compassionate consultation, allowing us to set intentions and create a sense of shared presence.

During the session, I’ll gently channel universal life force energy towards you, creating a nurturing connection that supports your well-being. For approximately 25 minutes, you’ll be enveloped in this calming energy, allowing you to relax and receive its gentle benefits.

Following the energy transmission, I’ll call you to share feedback and insights from the session. This is a safe and supportive space for you to share your experiences and reflections, allowing for a deeper understanding of your healing journey.

Energy & Chakra Cleanse – £45 (1 Hour, Including Feedback)

“Restore balance and harmony to your energy system with a gentle and insightful Energy & Chakra Cleanse from Nurture & Align.

This session offers a comprehensive assessment of your energy flow, designed to gently release chakra blockages and promote overall well-being.

During our 45-minute journey together, I’ll use a pendulum to sensitively identify any areas of energetic imbalance within your chakra system. I’ll then gently channel healing energy to release these blockages, encouraging a harmonious flow of energy that supports your physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Following the cleanse, I’ll share my insights and feedback, offering a deeper understanding of your energy system. This is also a safe and supportive space for you to share your experiences and reflections, allowing for a collaborative approach to your well-being.
